Return products with reasonable care and, where possible, in the original packaging with order details.

We may reduce a change-of-mind refund where handling has gone beyond what would reasonably be allowed in a shop and has reduced value.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We will process refunds within the legal timeframe after receiving the goods or evidence of return, as applicable.

Faulty, damaged, misdescribed or unsafe products should be reported promptly. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Content you submit must be honest, lawful and not infringe another person's rights. Do not submit confidential, defamatory, discriminatory, abusive or misleading material.

Where you submit a review, image or video for publication, you permit us to display and reasonably reproduce it for customer information and marketing, subject to any specific consent process presented at submission.
